What are the veepli silk sleep masks made from?

We proudly affirm that our silk sleep masks feature 6A-grade (the highest quality) pure mulberry silk for exterior fabric, and the finest/best long-fiber mulberry silk for interior padding. Our commitment to quality is unwavering.

Do you use non-toxic dyes?

Definitely. We closely collaborate with our supplier ensuring their compliance with the strictest international standards.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Veepli silk mask is packaged in a gorgeous gift box and makes the perfect present. You can ship the gifts when you enter the address of the lucky recipient in the ‘shipping’ address and your address as the ‘billing’ address.

How to care for my veepli silk eye mask?
  • Recommend gentle hand washing in cold water. Never put the silk mask in washing machine, please.
  • Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent, or detergent specially formulated for silk. 
  • First pour a small amount of the detergent into clean water, stir to dissolve, then put in the silk mask and gently hand wash. 
  • Do not twist or wring, which can damage the natural fiber. Remove excess water by gently pressing with your hands or a clean towel.
  • After cleaning, allow to air dry naturally in a shaded place.
  • After dried, pat gently, the silk filling would become soft, fluffy, again. 
  • Silk wrinkles easily, if have to, gently iron the silk while it's still a bit damp, using a low heat setting. Be sure to steer clear of high heat or steam, as these can damage the delicate fibers.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We do not accept cash and checks.

Can I apply more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. If you want to purchase multiple items with multiple discount codes, we suggest you place separate orders. Some discounts are pre-applied via the strikethrough price on the product page. If a code does not work on your order, please ensure you have applied the right code for your order (e.g. some codes only work for specific items).


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to UK and USA. Please kindly note that P.O. Boxes' addresses and military addresses (APO, FPO) can not be delivered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Once shipped,

  • for UK, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
  • for USA, your order should arrive within 4 to 8 business days.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, provided your order has not shipped. Please contact us ASAP via our Contact Us page or email us at and we can change it over.

If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to see if a redirection is possible. But kindly understand that it's not guaranteed and extra charges may incur if successful. Please also kindly note that we cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address.

So please carefully check your address details at checkout.


What is your return policy?

We offer easy returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered / received. Simply contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at to initiate your returns.

Pre-paid return labels will be offered, and only US$7 will be deducted for the return shipping fee. Remaining balance will be refunded to you. If you have paid for the return shipping fee, we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the items returned.

If it's a false, defective item or other error caused by us, we will cover the return shipping fee.

However, not all items are eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered / received.
  • Items were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase. Information is shown in product page.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition.

Please kindly note that we don't accept items returned directly without contacting us first.

What if I receive a wrong or defective item?

We 100% guarantee the quality of our products and services. 

But in the event that it happens, simply contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at, and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Please include your order number, details of the defect / issue, and photos or a vedio to clearly show the issue / defect so we can make it right.

Once the defect/issue is confirmed, we will arrange returns and send you the replacements or correct items.

How long does it take to process my refund?

It takes up to 3 business days to process the refund, after we receive the returned items.
